V Festival is an annual music festival which is held at 2 parks Hylands Park and Weston Park which share the same artists the performe in one location then swape over. It is sponsored by companies like Virgin Media in fact the V stands for Virgin group. It is also sponsored by channel 4 and 4 Muisc.
This year its on the 17-18 August at Hylands park and Weston Park. Stages include Virgin Media Stage which includes the main acts, 4Music Stage, Arena Stage, Futures Stage, Glee Club Comedy Stage and more. There are different types of tickets that are on offer such as weekend tickets with and without tickets, day tickets, campervans, caravans, VIP upgrades and more.
The main acts this year includes 2011's Glastonbury headliner Beyonce. Not only that the Kings Of Leon, The Script, Jessie J, Emeli Sande, Jason Mraz, The Vaccines and more. For more information on the acts look at the bottom of the page for there website.

There has been alot going on this summer in the music industry such as a festivals and more. All though some festivals have already gone past like Rockness, Isle Of Wight Festival, Download Festival, T in the park, Latitude, Glastonbury and more. There is still more to come though like Wilderness, V Festival, Reading and Leeds, SW4 - South West Four, Bestival and more. Over my next posts I will be informing you on the festivals which are still to come.
The main reason I have decided to look at festivals is because they mainly use Social Media to let people now about whats going on such as there line up, dates, news, important information and more including to promote there festival.
